Manhattan Halloween ‘03

here's a couple of pictures of joyce, suzanne C. and myself on halloween and a short recap of " How I spent my Halloween 2003"...

I met up w/ joyce a little before eleven by St. Patricks' Cathedral. She was by herself kasi Dave had to take care of something in Baltimore. Suzanne C. drove to Manhattan and met us at Korea Town which is about 26 blocks from where Joyce was staying. Pinapag lakad ko si Joyce ng ganong kahaba kaya siguro hindi na ulit ako niya kakausapin. :o)

Anyway, we had some Korean food for lunch and a lot of kwento. Suzanne C. looks great...lost about 40 lbs. and still trying to lose another 40 para raw pag -uwi niya sa Pilipinas next year for a grand family reunion, pwede na siyang mag “thong” sa beach sa Bohol... Say, walang sinabi si J. Lo! Dapat daw naka Halloween costume siya na ala Igorot (complete w/ headpiece) pero hindi daw siya pinayagan ni Bea na lumabas ng bahay...So iyon na lang apple green na knee-length vest ang suot niya. At least, may Ifugao touch pa rin daw...

I had to leave them after lunch for the trick-or-treaters at home. Both of them headed to Soho at Amore Pacific for a facial where my daughter works. Tapos noong gabi, nanood sila ng Halloween parade sa Village. The following Sunday, Dave ran the full New York City Marathon (at a very respectable average of 13.5-min mile!). Hindi ko lang alam kung nagkita sila ni P Diddy. :o)

The following weekend, we had another surprise visitor ulit dito sa NJ...hulaan na lang ninyo kung sino iyong Tagamla na dumating...
